We agree on a recurring pickup day.
Pickups happen on whichever day works for your week — we sort it case by case, not by industry. We'll text the night before so nothing gets forgotten.
Regular pickup and delivery days, often same-day return.
We supply reusable D2D bags. Leave them by the back door, on the loading dock, or wherever works. Most pickups come back the same day; longer setups get a 24-hour turnaround.
Weekly email, billed by the bag, paid however you like.
No long-term contract, no monthly minimum, no surprise add-ons. Pay by e-transfer, cash, or cheque — whatever works for your bookkeeper. Cancel any week you want.
