First time? Toss it in a garbage bag. We bring it back in ours.
On the first pickup, leave your laundry in any bag — a kitchen garbage bag or recycling bag is perfect. We'll return it clean, folded and in a reusable D2D bag, which becomes your bag going forward. Won't be home? Leave it on the porch — we'll text when we've got it.

How fast is turnaround?
Most pickups are back at your door in 24-48 hours. If we pick up Monday morning, you usually have it Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning. Need it sooner? Tell us and we'll do our best.
What if I'm not home for pickup?
Most of our customers leave the bag on the porch. We'll text once we've picked it up so you know it's safe with us. Same on drop-off — we can leave it inside the door, on the porch, or with a neighbour.
What detergent do you use?
Standard is a gentle, family-safe detergent — clean, mild scent. We also offer scent-free and hypoallergenic options at no extra cost. Tell us once and it's on your file.
Do I have to commit to a schedule?
Nope. Most folks book one-off or weekly, but there's no contract or membership. Pay as you go, change as you go.
Can you handle bedding, comforters, big stuff?
Yes — sheets, towels, comforters and duvets all go in by bag size. If a comforter fills the bag, it's the bag price; no per-item charges, no surprises.
Do you wash business linens?
Absolutely — we wash for salons, spas, Airbnbs and clinics around Brighton, plus tablecloths for the local curling club and aprons and linens for a non-profit food-security kitchen. Recurring service, separate billing — give us a call to set it up.
