Owner Anne Medcof has always been driven by a desire to serve her community. For years, she volunteered with Meals on Wheels in Toronto, delivering nourishment and kindness to those who needed it most. This experience opened her eyes to a recurring challenge: many individuals, from seniors to busy families, struggled with everyday tasks like laundry. When Anne moved to Brighton, she recognized the same need for reliable, compassionate support.
